- Deposit — A security and key deposit of $200.00 is required and is not taxed. The deposit does not apply to rent and is promptly returned when we receive the key, provided there is no damage, unit is left reasonably clean and trash removed to proper outside container (containers conveniently located.)
- Payment — Half of total payment is requested when making reservation. Full payment must be made 14 days prior to arrival. Keys will be mailed upon receipt of final payment.
- Cancellation — If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival, you will lose amount paid. If we can rent unit, we will refund full amount paid. This is a basic policy for Snowshoe. (Some exceptions may apply)
- Check In — Check in time is 5:00 p.m. We will try to make arrangements, if you need to check in earlier. CALL or e-mail.
- Check Out— Check out time is 11:00 am.
